I was very pleased with the furniture and delivery service. The delivery scheduling was very efficient. They gave us a 4-day window, and then called the day before, and then arrived exactly in their delivery window. I was also very pleased that we received our furniture in less time than originally expected. I believe we were expecting it in 6-8 weeks, but we actually got it in about 4 weeks. And it looks wonderful in our office.

We recently received delivery of a corner console POR1-75X and I must say that it everything advertised and more. It fits the corner perfectly, supports our new 52" HDTV flat screen, and looks great too. Delivery was more than expected. Not only did we receive plenty of notice but the drivers were courteous and careful as they brought the piece inside and set it in place and inspected it also. Thank you for a perfect cabinet, as promised.

I wanted to let you know that we received the da Vinci library set, and we are very pleased with the purchase! In many ways, the furniture and the entire buying experience exceeded our expectations. Some feedback on the furniture delivery service (Star): the furniture was delivered in excellent condition by the movers, however, there were issues regarding set-up. The two man crew was not familiar with this furniture set, and they were not prepared to finish set-up (e.g., bolting the units together). I ended up bolting most of the units together, and installing the shelves, myself. To be fair, our delivery was late in the day and the movers still had a number of deliveries to make. However, I probably would not have been as forgiving if I had to pay extra for this service. Overall, we are very pleased and I certainly will consider your company for future purchases, as well as recommend you to others (NOTE - the service issue has been addressed with our carrier. We have been assured that this situation is one that will not happen again)
